Associated Industries of the Inland Northwest (AI) has partnered with EWU Colleges and the Career Center to host a workforce readiness presentation for students, followed by light refreshments and mock interview workshops led by the Human Resource team at Associated Industries (AI). AI provides human resource, benefit, and legal support to small businesses across Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and California. This is a great opportunity for students in any degree path or level to get advice about joining the workforce, directly from hiring managers who know the do’s and don’ts of interviews, career expectations, communication skills, and being successful in your first 90 days on the job. Sign up for one of the workshop times below. They will be in small group roundtable format. Free food and a raffle!
