About Us

QSTEM is to offers a safe space for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals in STEM to connect and support one another in a field that has high rates of queer exclusion and discrimination. Through strengthening 2SLGBTQ+ connections in STEM, we wish to provide a space to both validate and empower intersectional queer experiences along with working toward changing current cishet norms that remain in STEM.
