Attend training to gain technique, practice movement efficiency, and prepare for competitions.

Travel

Travel to western Washington and Oregon for 6 overnight competitions.

Represent EWU at all 11 NC3 competitions in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

FAQs

  • Who can join?

    Climbing Club is open to all EWU students, regardless of experience level.

  • How many competitions does Team attend?

    We have plans to compete at all 11 NC3 competitions, including 6 overnight trips in western Washington and Oregon. Eligible team members may compete in 5 local and up to 4 overnight competitions.

  • Do I have to compete at every competition?

    No. Individual members are not expected to compete at every competition.

  • Can I compete without being on Team?

    Club members can compete locally if they cover their own registration fees.

  • Is training mandatory?

    Yes. Team members are required to attend mandatory training 2x per week.

  • How much are team dues?

    Team dues are $45 in Fall, $95 in Winter, and $45 in Spring.
