The Alternative Energy Club is a student organization based out of the Mechanical Engineering department and is open to all EWU students. Our overall mission is to provide students with hands-on exposure and skills to address the need for sustainable energy production and storage. Our two year (long term) goal is to assemble a windmill and several solar panels on campus. To garner interest in the club, we have devised a six month (short term) goal to assemble a stationary power generator bicycle.

We would like to bring ACS to EWU. Debate and Forensics focuses on teaching students valuable tools to win debates and become more well-rounded. We will travel many times through-out the year to different tournaments, debating in IPDA style. Our primary goal is to fundraise to offset expenses for the annual Combined Sections Meeting of the APTA.
