Registered Student Organization Benefits

Benefits afforded to student organizations that are recognized by ASEWU are as follows. Organizations that have not completed the ASEWU Club and Organization Training Course via the approved online platform may not be eligible to receive all of the benefits listed in Section 3 of the ASEWU By-Laws.


Use of rooms that are university owned or operated.

Opportunity to apply for locker space in the Pence Union Building through the Office of Student Engagement.

No charge for vendor tables in the Pence Union Building.

Inclusion in the current ASEWU student organizations and programs list.

Use of the approved online platform.

Use of the ASEWU media and graphic design resources.

Ability to fundraise on campus with the approved online platform.

Establishment of a club fund account.

Guidance and support from the Assistant Director for Student Organizations and Leadership and/or a representative from the Student Engagement Office.
