Tasks required for student organizations to be eligible for re-registration
Checklist Items (8)
Maintain your roster with at least four (4) student members of the organization including current officers.
Complete Student Organization Officer Training Track
Conduct at least one (1) member meeting for Fall Quarter
Conduct at least one (1) member meeting for Winter Quarter
Conduct at least one (1) member meeting for Spring Quarter
Have an official campus advisor. A campus advisor must be a full or part time faculty or staff member of the university.
Have on file a current copy of the organization’s constitution and/or bylaws.
Complete re-registration form when it opens in early May.
